DONT BOTHER - FAULTY - TERRIBLE GUNS - AVOID
Bought a BULLDOG M4 bundle from this company - Rifle was constantly dry firing - sent back within the 14 days for a FULL refund. Guy on the phone said no issues - clearly fixed in and tried sending me a video of it working. Paid £129.99 could only offer me a refund of £79.99 because i used a few BBs and didnt send the charger box back. This company has to be the worst Airsoft company about. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Don’t Waste Your Time and Money…
Absolutely shocking service… was delighted with what I had ordered and was so excited so receive them but after 14 days I received nothing. I rang them 3 times and was on the phone to people who had no clue what they were doing, one just said I’ll get the manager and left for 15 minutes before the Phone cut off. I emailed saying what the hell is going on and that I wanted a refund. They said it was on the way, then that it wasent on the way because it was out of stock, then I said send a refund and then they said they can’t do a refund because the replacement gun was already on the way and then the next day I received another email saying that My refund was on the way to bank. An absolute joke of a business. Very disappointed…

DO NOT BUY!!!! From them otherwise you will waste your money, they’re guns are NOT reliable at all the guys break within the week, and don’t get caught up with there 6 months warranty it’s a lie because the paint chips off even a little then warranty gets voided, it’s really bad and cheap paint it chips off by it self, my AK47 airsoft broke in 2 days of light use and the was supposed to be one of there new and best gun, when I took it back the day it broke and they refused to refund or exchange because the paint was slightly chipped off. The worst customer service I have ever come across, At the time of sale they will lick your ass and everything but once it’s sold that’s it they don’t know you

gun came broken and company won't do anything
Bought am aku47 for myself and when it came it was full of scratches broken pieces and a dirt adaptor charged the battery for 6 hours and plugged it in which nothing happened contacted the company wich won't respond and the batteries are from May 2005! 17 years old Won't Give Us A refund

Gun bought as a Christmas present and…
Gun bought as a Christmas present and was faulty. Send back, promised a replacement. 'Repaired' instead and immediately broke. Redused to call me back. Finally spoke to someone today who accused my son of breaking the gun twice, refused to give a refund despite the goods not actually working. Rude, arrogant and not interested in helping. Definitely do not recommend.

would give 0 stars if this were possible! Son purchased gun with his own hare earned money. Took it IN THE BOX to his first shoot after getting it, within 5 minutes of using it it was mis-firing. contacted this company who said could not refund as he'd used it - still trying to work out exactly HOW one can find something isn't working if its not actually used!!!! requested video - sent video, they said to return gun and they would refund. spoke to my son on the phone and told him as the gun was "covered in scratches" they could not refund but would repair. Not sure where all the scratches came from as there were none when it was sent back and when we got the 'repaired' gun back again there were no scratches in evidence ... so, repaired gun, still misfiring, still not working, emailed again to be told need a video, duly sent, got a link on how to fill the mag and how to wind it on in return - son already using correctly. Now going back, again, for a refund as this gun was sent out faulty, sent back for repair and still faulty. Awful company. Wish my son had waited and not taken a friends advice to use them. Son also sent back 2 full mags on the first return, only 1 mag was returned to him - have raised this in every communication and not been acknowledged in any way. Trading standards and legal representivite are now on the case.

Faulty product and very bad customer service.
I purchased a gun for my son for Christmas. The gun arrived promptly and seemed fine from a visual inspection. On Christmas day my son opened it and wanted to test it out in the garden. Unfortunately the gun when loaded did not fire correctly. A couple of BBs fell out the end of the gun (gun should shoot at approx 340 fps). On further inspection the hopper was jammed as well. I contacted BB guns who responded promptly asking me to send them a video. I did this and returned the gun special delivery (£25 at own cost). Approximately 6 days latter I was called by a representative from BB guns. The representative advised that the gun was firing and that there was a slight bend in the hop which they repaired. I asked the representative for a refund but he advised that they would not offer this. He said they would only refund if returned with in 14 days unused. I advised him that they are obligated to refund me for a faulty product with in 30 days of purchase. He would not agree to this and only offered a repair. I advised him that I would open a claim with the credit card company. I was a little taken back by the response to this. The representative told me I could do what ever I wanted but they will not refund. He also advised that if the gun is not return or collected in 90 days they would destroy it. I received a refund from the credit card company. The day after I received a refund from the credit card I got a mail from BB guns confirming they would refund! It took me 40 days and a lot of paper work to get a refund sorted. If you do decide to use BB Guns I would suggest using a credit card for peace of mind.

These people haven't got a clue about airsoft guns, though they are experts at taking your money and refusing refunds when the guns don't work.
I bought a gun from them. Half the contents were missing from the box. The gun didn't shoot straight and it wouldn't hold the gas. I phoned them but they didn't believe me. So I sent them a video, but they couldn't see the problem. I sent the gun back and phoned them to make sure they'd received it and to explain the problems once again. After a few weeks and several phone calls - (by the way, every person who answered the phone was unhelpful and dismissive) - they returned the gun, claiming it was fixed. It wasn't fixed. If anything, it was slightly worse. I called them and they were very rude and unbelievably aggressive, suggesting that if I went to their shop, they would beat me up. I emailed them several times and they ignored me.
I returned the gun again but this time I asked for a refund, as I had reported the original problem within their 28-day time limit - which by the way, goes against your statutory consumer rights. They said they would fix it and return it. They have not returned it. When I call, the person who knows about it is not available and they never call back. Emails are ignored. So, finally I gave up. They won....this is what they wanted me to do. I should've filed a payment dispute with the credit card company, but I couldn't be bothered to waste any more time on these people. My life is too busy for this kind of nonsense. I wrote off the £155 I spent. They still have the gun and I couldn't care less. I wrote this review as I'm about to throw away all the paperwork I kept relating to this case and I just want others to know that these amateurs should be avoided at all costs.
Just awful
Just awful! They sent us gun in a box that they had clearly removed half the contents of before sending it out. The box had giant letters saying ‘Free Goggles’ and showed the gun with a laser attached. My son spent his Christmas money on this gun and was devastated to find that the goggles and laser weren’t in the box. I emailed them expecting them to send them on but no, I just got a rude email back saying they are not included. But it is literally printed on the box! How they are allowed to stay in business I do not know.

Not fit for purpose
I have just had another communication from Just BB , apparently putting the gun in Auto mode breaks it!!!
As far as I'm aware that contravenes Trading Standards 'fit for purpose' statement.
Don't remember reading "Don't use one on the two available settings"!
Again I reiterate, please don't use them, unless you have money to waste.

Bought m4 electric BB gun 6 months…
Bought m4 electric BB gun 6 months later is not useable gearbox is faulty from reading the reviews it seems like this is something that happens a lot so I don’t hold much hope of having this repaired sham

Faulty product. No refund or repair.
I purchased an item and when we tried to use it the item was faulty. Paid for sending it back as they agreed to fix it. The item came back and when we tried to use it the item did not work again. The company are refusing to fix or refund and have offered no solutions. Do not purchase from here.

Where to begin.
This company is known among the UK airsoft scene as a complete joke and are universally avoided by everyone, other than the blissfully ignorant who make such a mistake out of lack of experience.
They sent me multiple products in my order that were faulty/damaged then accused me of lying when I called up to secure my refund. They constantly demanded videos and pictures, yet still called me a liar even when they were submitted clearly showing the issues.
I reminded them of the law on this matter (Everyone is entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, regardless of reason. You don't even need to specify a reason) and they didn't seem to care.
When I did actually manage to get them to begrudgingly accept to refunding me (As though I didn't have that right to begin within), they refused to put it into writing, leading me to believe they'll try saying I tampered with the gun in the barely 12 hours it was in my possession and attempt to deny my refund.
Unfortunately for them, my bank has eyes on them now and is prepared to do a chargeback ASAP. They've also advised me that my understanding of the law and my consumer rights are perfectly valid, despite whatever JBBG might spew as they insult their customers who dare want their value for money.
Do not do business with these people or their parent company Trimex UK. You are not a customer to them, you are just another idiot who made the mistake of trusting them. Remember your rights as a consumer and get a refund! You ARE entitled to one, regardless of reason! (So long as you're claiming it within 14 days of purchase).
If JBBG don't comply, contact your bank and have the transaction reversed. Keep all of your correspondence, take pictures/videos of the issues, and show it to your bank/whoever you paid through. This company, despite what it thinks and how it acts, is not above the law.
If you have any doubts about the validity of this review, I implore you to read the many, MANY other negative reviews below that are coming in hot and fast on the heels of the Christmas period that this company has handled shambolically.
And yes, the positive reviews are majority faked by the company.
